Intensive by design
Semester 1 — six months on campus in Lucerne. A 120-credit academic block: eight core modules of 15 credits each, covering sustainable business models, innovation, business development, global strategy, finance, marketing analytics, transformational leadership and research methods.
Semester 2 — your specialisation. An independent research project or a business consultancy assignment, aligned with the specialisation you choose. You may take an optional six-month internship in Switzerland or worldwide during this period, or return to full-time employment while you complete the project.
Part-time study is available to holders of a Swiss residency permit.

MSc + MBA
Two master's degrees in 18 months
The MBA can be taken on its own or combined with an MSc. Taken together over 18 months, you finish with two master's degrees — and four awards, because each degree is conferred by BHMS and by Robert Gordon University.
The combined figure covers tuition CHF 44'350, operating costs CHF 3'900, living expenses CHF 8'850 for 36 weeks, plus the application fee. BHMS pages show conflicting application fees on the dual route — confirm yours with admissions before you pay.

How is the MBA structured?

Can I keep working while I study?

What does the MBA cost?
CHF 43'600 for the year: tuition CHF 34'100, operating costs CHF 2'600, living expenses CHF 5'900 for 24 weeks in shared standard accommodation with meals, and a CHF 1'000 application fee.
Can I combine the MBA with an MSc?
Yes. The MSc and MBA combine into an 18-month dual pathway ending with two master's degrees — four awards in total, since each is conferred by BHMS and by Robert Gordon University. The combined total is CHF 58'100, against CHF 84'200 taken separately.
What are the entry requirements?
An undergraduate degree in any discipline plus English at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Intakes are September 2026 and April 2027 — a different cycle from the MSc programmes, which matters if you are planning the 18-month MSc+MBA sequence.
